1. Name of Post: Young Professional-II (YP-II)
- Project: DUS Testing of Cabbage and Cauliflower (PPV&FRA Funded)
- Tenure: Up to 31st March 2026
- Emoluments: ₹42,000/- per month (fixed)
- Age Limit: 21 to 45 years (relaxation as per rules)
- Vacancies: 1
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must have a M.Sc. degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Allied Sciences. Those with experience in Vegetable Science would be given preference.
2. Name of Post: Lab cum Field Attendant
- Project: Conversion of Doubled Haploids of Broccoli into CMS Lines using MABC (BIRAC Funded)
- Tenure: Up to 11th February 2027
- Emoluments: ₹15,000/- per month (fixed)
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years (relaxation as per rules)
- Vacancies: 1
- Essential Qualification: Applicants should have passed 10+2 in Agriculture/Horticulture/Science/Arts/Commerce.

- Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim regular appointment or absorption in ICAR/IARI.
- Non-compliance with discipline or duties may lead to termination from the post.
- Candidates currently employed will have to submit a no objection and experience certificate before joining.
- If a candidate has relatives employed in ICAR/IARI, a declaration must be sent via email to the head_katrain@iari.res.in by 9th June 2025; late declaration will lead to disqualification.
