- For NMHYS-SST-01: Hands-on experience in seed quality testing in a functional seed testing laboratory, Seed Certification Agency, ICAR institute or seed industry quality-control laboratory.
- For NMHYS-SST-02: Experience in the implementation and operation of a laboratory quality management system.
- For NMHYS-SST-03 & 04: Experience in seed-based input delivery systems, agricultural microbiology, or related fields.
- Common: Proficiency in computer application skills (MS Office and IT tools) and in the use of standard statistical packages.
