🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• BSc (Agriculture) OR
• B.Tech (Engineering) OR
• BSc in Life Sciences OR
• BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
• From a recognized university/institution.

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior experience in lab work.
• Experience in seed science and plant handling.
• Knowledge of scientific disciplines is preferred.

• Walk-in Interview Date: 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM
• Reporting Time: 10:00 AM (Candidates reaching after specified time will not be entertained)
• Venue: Division of Seed Science and Technology, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi-110012
• Relative Declaration Deadline: 25 August 2026 (if any relative works at ICAR/IARI)

🎂 Age Limit

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 45 years (as on the date of interview)
• Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Women and other exempted categories as per ICAR/GOI guidelines.

⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions

• Position is purely temporary, time-bound and co-terminus with the project.
• No claim for regular appointments at IARI/ICAR.
• Salary is fixed – no increments or other government facilities.
• Appointment can be terminated with one month prior notice.
• Progress reviewed every six months by the Principal Investigator.
• Only candidates with essential qualifications will be interviewed.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• NOC required from employer if currently employed.
• Must declare any relative working in ICAR/IARI (Annexure-II).
• Concealment of facts or canvassing leads to disqualification.
• Any dispute subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
