
Zonal Technological Management & Business Planning Development Unit, together with the Division of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi, is set to conduct a specialized training program titled “Soil Testing and Water Quality Assessment” from 2nd to 9th July 2025.
About ICAR-IARI Soil Testing and Water Quality Assessment Training
This eight-day training aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and technical skills in modern soil and water analysis methods. It also seeks to promote agri-entrepreneurship by equipping participants with hands-on experience and insights into setting up soil testing facilities.
Training Objectives
- To create awareness and improve participants’ skills in modern techniques of soil & water analysis.
- To familiarize trainees with the use of state-of-the-art instruments & their general maintenance.
- To help participants learn how to analyse data and prepare reports and recommendations.
- To promote entrepreneurship in soil & water testing.
