- No objection certificate (NOC) required from employer if currently employed.
- NOC required from HoD/Dean/Registrar if currently pursuing PhD.
- Must declare any relative working in ICAR/IARI (non-declaration leads to disqualification).
- Canvassing in any form leads to disqualification.
- Any dispute will be resolved in jurisdiction of New Delhi Court only.
