🔬 Position 1: Project Associate-I
Project: “Application of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology in Agriculture-BIC” (CSS-02, PC-6352) – Funded by DBT, Govt. of India.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc./B.Tech with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 or 60% marks.
- M.Sc./M.Tech in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology/Systems Biology/System Biology and Bioinformatics/Data Science/Biotechnology/Biomedical Informatics/Computational Systems Biology/Molecular Biology and Biotechnology or related discipline with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 or 65% marks.
- Note I: Candidates with a Ph.D. in the required discipline (even without the specific Master’s) are eligible.
➕ Desirable Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience handling NGS data.
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Experience in database development.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI.

🧪 Position 2: Project Assistant
Project: “Cambridge India Network for translations Research in Nitrogen-2” (CSS-06, PC-6406).
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc./B.Tech Biotechnology or B.Sc. Biosciences with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 or 60% marks.
- Must have passed Punjabi at Matriculation level.
➕ Desirable Qualification
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology.
