✅ Essential Qualification
- B.Sc. Agriculture from a recognized university
⭐ Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in molecular biology techniques: DNA isolation, RT-PCR, GISH, FISH, etc.
- Field experimentation and recording of data in field/glass house for different parameters

⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions
- Nature of Post: Purely temporary and contractual. Initially upto 30 September 2026, extendable based on ICAR instructions.
- No Claim: Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim for regular appointments/absorption either in this Institute or in ICAR.
- Termination: Non-maintenance of discipline and failure to perform assigned duties will make the YP-I liable for termination as per ICAR rules.
- Age Relaxation: For SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged/Ex-Servicemen/Women as per Govt. of India rules.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Canvassing: In any form will lead to disqualification.
- Jurisdiction: In case of any disputes, resolved in the jurisdiction of Shimla court only.
