Project Title: “Enhancing Abiotic Stress Tolerance in Wheat and Pearl Millet: Insights from Integrated Genetic, Epigenetic, Physiological and Molecular Interventions”
PI: Dr. Sudipta Basu
Monthly Emoluments: ₹42,000/- (Consolidated)
Essential Qualifications For Young Professional :
- Postgraduate degree in relevant subjects from a recognized university or
- Degree in Agriculture Sciences (as per ICAR OM No. F.No.Agril.Edn.1-06/2020-A&P dated 04.12.2020)
M.Sc. in Seed Science and Technology / Genetics / Plant Breeding / Life Sciences / Plant Physiology / Plant Biochemistry / Plant Biotechnology
Desirable:
Experience in crop raising, seed testing, biochemical & molecular techniques
Working knowledge of biochemical assays, HPLC, computer use, and data analysis
