ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi invites eligible candidates for a Walk-in Interview for the position of Project Research Scientist-II under an ICMR Intermediate Grant project titled: "Indigenized low-cost coconut milk based low-protein diet – A panacea for metabolic management of IEM in organic acidemias and urea cycle disorders" (CC-PI: Dr. Neelam Upadhyay).

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Essential
- Post Graduate degree (including integrated PG) in:
- Food Technology
- Dairy Technology / Dairy Chemistry
- Food Chemistry
- Food Science and Technology
- Food Science and Nutrition
- Biochemistry
- Allied disciplines
- OR PhD in the above-mentioned disciplines
- AND Three years post-qualification experience (if holding PG degree)
⭐ Desirable
- Experience in biochemical techniques
- Biostatistics knowledge
- High-impact research publications

- NOC from current employer (if currently employed)
- Age limit as per ICMR guidelines

- Reporting Time: Candidates must report at 10:00 AM sharp. Time for interview will be allotted separately after certificate verification.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The position is purely temporary and contractual – co-terminus with the project.
- There is no provision of re-engagement after termination of the scheme/project.
- Selected candidates shall not claim regular appointment at this institute.
