🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Essential

  • Post Graduate degree (including integrated PG) in:
    • Food Technology
    • Dairy Technology / Dairy Chemistry
    • Food Chemistry
    • Food Science and Technology
    • Food Science and Nutrition
    • Biochemistry
    • Allied disciplines
  • OR PhD in the above-mentioned disciplines
  • AND Three years post-qualification experience (if holding PG degree)

⭐ Desirable

  • Experience in biochemical techniques
  • Biostatistics knowledge
  • High-impact research publications

  • NOC from current employer (if currently employed)
  • Age limit as per ICMR guidelines

  2. Attach attested copies of 10th, 12th, UG, PG, and/or PhD mark sheets, degree certificates, and other relevant certificates.

  • Reporting Time: Candidates must report at 10:00 AM sharp. Time for interview will be allotted separately after certificate verification.

  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
  • The position is purely temporary and contractual – co-terminus with the project.
  • There is no provision of re-engagement after termination of the scheme/project.
  • Selected candidates shall not claim regular appointment at this institute.
