The Government of India, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, continues to provide financial support to eligible farmers through its flagship scheme – Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN). Under this scheme, registered farmers receive an annual assistance of Rs. 6,000, credited in three equal installments of Rs. 2,000 every four months.
PM-KISAN 20th Installment Date
As per the latest directive, only those farmers who have successfully completed their registration and e-KYC will be eligible to receive the upcoming 20th installment, scheduled for release on June 20, 2025. Those who fail to meet these criteria will be excluded from the beneficiary list.
How to Complete e-KYC for PM-KISAN Benefits:
To ensure timely receipt of the next installment, farmers must complete their e-KYC using any of the following methods:
- PM-Kisan official website
- ‘Farmer Registry UP’ mobile application
- Nearest Common Service Centres (CSCs)
Steps to complete PM-KISAN e-KYC online:
- Open the official website: https://pmkisan.gov.in/
- Look for “Farmers Corner” option on the homepage and click on the “e-KYC”
- Enter your Aadhaar number and the mobile number linked to it
- After verification, you’ll receive an OTP on your phone
- Enter the OTP to complete the e-KYC process
Farmers must make sure that their Aadhaar card, land records and bank account (linked to Aadhaar) are up to date for smooth processing of the benefits.
