CCS NIAM is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team and contribute to the placement and career development activities of our esteemed institution.
Position Details
Qualifications
- Essential:
- Master’s degree in Management (Human Resource, Marketing, or Agribusiness Management) with a minimum of 60% or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- At least 5 years of experience independently handling placement, internship, or fieldwork activities in a reputed B-School, College, University, or Industry with proven records.
- Desirable:
- Ph.D. in a relevant subject.
- Knowledge of sectors such as Agribusiness, Agri-Marketing, Entrepreneur Development, or Sustainable Management.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain reciprocal relationships with industries, PSUs, MNCs, and other organizations.
- Capability to work and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in facilitating industry-institution interactions.
- Positive, proactive, and optimistic attitude.
Job Profile and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day placement activities.
- Liaise with industries, government, and non-government organizations.
- Arrange skill development training programs focusing on soft skills, communication, interview techniques, and interpersonal skills.
- Create and maintain a database of alumni and their current positions.
- Collect feedback from industries participating in placements and organize workshops for entrepreneurship development.
- Develop a Management Information System (MIS) for tracking placements of passed-out students and maintaining a database of recruiting industries and organizations.
Age Limit
- Candidates should not be more than 45 years as of the closing date of the advertisement (08 September 2025).
Contract Period
- Initially for one year, extendable up to a maximum of two years based on performance.
Remuneration
- Consolidated salary of Rs. 70,000/- per month.
