NABARD Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant or possess an equivalent qualification.

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the preparation and/or implementation of development projects and programs.
• Candidates with experience in the fisheries, agriculture or rural economic sector will be given preference.
• Proven expertise in the nationally accepted financial procedures including:
  • Expenditure planning
  • Budgeting
  • Fund flow and payment systems
  • Expenditure monitoring
  • Financial reporting
  • Auditing
• Strong understanding of Government of India and State Government financial rules and regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, creation of financial models, and forecasting is required.
• Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

Remuneration
