📋 Position Summary

HRA is paid per existing Central Government rates applicable to the city/location where the SRF is actually working.

Essential Qualification — Both Posts

Master's degree in Agricultural Economics/Dairy Economics/Fisheries Economics/Agricultural Extension/Agricultural Statistics/Economics (subject list varies slightly between the two projects — see the official notice) with a 4/5-year bachelor's degree. Candidates with a 3-year bachelor's and 2-year master's degree need NET qualification plus 2 years of research experience, as per ICAR OM No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dated 13.07.2015, OM No. Agril. Edn. 6/27/2014-HRD dated 09.10.2015, and DST OM No. SR/S9/Z-09/2018 dated 30.01.2019.

Desirable Qualification

• Policy Analysis project: Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques, and experience using statistical software for data analysis.
• CARISMMA project: Knowledge of quantitative techniques/data management analysis, and experience using statistical software for data analysis.
