For Senior Research Fellow

• Research experience in genetics, breeding and application of molecular markers

🎂 Age Limit

• Research Associate: Max 40 years (men) / 45 years (women). Relaxation: SC/ST & women – 5 years, OBC – 3 years.
• SRF: Max 35 years (men) / 40 years (women). Relaxation: SC/ST & women – 5 years, OBC – 3 years.

⏳ Duration

• Purely temporary, contractual — one year or till project completion/termination, whichever is earlier
• Extendable as per project/funding-agency rules
• Co-terminus with the project — no claim to regular appointment at ICAR/IARI

• Engagement is purely temporary and contractual.
• Only candidates meeting the prescribed essential qualifications will be considered.

• Concealing of facts, submission of false information/documents or canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification or termination.
• Candidates having near or distant relatives employed in ICAR/IARI must declare name, designation, nature of duties and relationship in the prescribed declaration format.
• Selected candidates must produce original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of interview/joining.
• Candidates currently employed must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer, wherever applicable.
• In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi.
