📋 Position Summary

Note: The ₹42,000 figure is a consolidated, all-inclusive amount — no separate HRA is mentioned in the notice.

⭐ Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in basic molecular techniques — nucleic acid isolation, PCR, plasmid isolation, restriction, ligation, molecular cloning
• Recombinant vector development and dsRNA work
• Bioinformatics — Transcriptomics and Proteomics
• Scientific writing, as evident from publications

🎂 Age Limit

• Maximum: 45 years for YP-II as on the date of interview
• Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women and other exempted categories, as per GOI guidelines

⏳ Duration

• Purely temporary, contractual basis
• May be extended periodically subject to the candidate's performance, till the termination of the project
• Co-terminus with the project — no claim to regular appointment at the Institute

⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions

• Only candidates meeting the essential qualifications will be interviewed.
• Reporting time for the walk-in interview is till 10:00 AM — no candidates will be entertained after that.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or for joining, if selected.
• Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification.
• If a near or distant relative is employed at ICAR/IARI, it must be declared by post on or before the date of interview. Declaring it on the interview day will disqualify the candidate.
• Candidates with no relative at ICAR/IARI must still furnish the declaration (Annexure-II) on the interview date.
• In case of any dispute, jurisdiction rests with the New Delhi court only.
• Final results will be hosted on the Institute's website 10 days after the interview — no phone calls before that.
