⭐ Desirable Qualifications
For Young Professional-II (YP-II)
- Experience in phenotyping of germplasm
- Experience in screening techniques for biotic stress tolerance
- Experience in molecular breeding
- Knowledge in computer applications, data collection & handling
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
For Young Professional-I (YP-I)
- Experience in laboratory work
- Experience handling plant growth and yield experiments
- Experience in crop data recording
- Experience in molecular breeding
- Knowledge of basic statistical analysis

- Engagement is purely temporary and contractual.
- No claim for regular appointment at ICAR/IARI.
- No TA/DA for attending the interview.
- NOC required from employer if currently employed.
- Must declare any relative working in ICAR/IARI (Annexure-II).
- Concealment of facts or canvassing leads to disqualification.
- Any dispute subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
