🎓 Essential Qualifications (Must Have)

  • Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (Biochemistry specializing in Plant Science / Food Science & Technology / Food Technology / Food Chemistry / Food Science & Nutrition) from a recognized university.
  • AND Minimum four (04) years of R&D experience in an Industrial/Academic Institution or S&T Organization.
  • OR Doctoral Degree (PhD) in the relevant disciplines mentioned above.

⭐ Desirable Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience in plant-based food product development.
  • Experience in extraction, characterization, and functional evaluation of plant proteins.
  • Experience in food processing, process optimization, quality analysis, sensory, and shelf-life evaluation.
  • Knowledge of food quality/safety standards, statistical data analysis, and scientific report writing.
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals and/or experience in externally funded projects.
