🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Essential Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree (including integrated PG) in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Dairy Chemistry / Food Chemistry / Food Science and Technology / Food Science and Nutrition / Biochemistry and allied disciplines
- Plus: Three years post-qualification experience OR PhD in above-mentioned disciplines
⭐ Desirable
- Experience in biochemical techniques
- Knowledge of biostatistics
- High-impact research publications
📅 Age Limit
As per the guidelines of the funding agency (ICMR)

- Attested copies of 10th, 12th, UG, PG and/or PhD certificates
- Attested recent passport-size photograph affixed to Bio-data
- Bio-data must include academic qualifications from 10th Standard to maximum qualification with % marks obtained and distinctions/medals (required for academic score calculation)
- NOC from current employer (if working)
⚠️ Important Notes
- The post is purely temporary and will be filled on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year or project duration, whichever is earlier.
- Extension may be granted on a yearly basis after satisfactory performance.
- There is no provision of re-engagement after termination of the scheme/project.
- Selected candidates shall not claim regular appointment at the institute – the fellowship is co-terminus with the project.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- If candidates do not fill the marks and provide relevant attested certificates, the academic score will not be awarded.
