🎓 Eligibility

Essential Qualification: MBA / PGDM / Master’s in Agriculture, AgriBusiness, Finance, Marketing, IT, Economics, Agri Economics, or International Business (UGC recognized).

Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, business plan development, startup evaluation, entrepreneurship, and social media management.

Age: Max 50 years as on interview date.

  • Facilitate new incubation initiatives for entrepreneurs/startups.
  • Develop strategies to leverage industry, academics, investor networks.
  • Create marketing material to promote incubator & incubatees.
  • Organize national/international collaboration events.
  • Coach & mentor startups on product positioning and innovation mindset.
  • Conduct innovation workshops with industry experts.
  • Manage need‑gap analysis, validation of startup products/processes.
  • Organize training, mentorship, networking programs.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities and resource planning.
